Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of meat, returns are accepted only at the time of delivery in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or spoiled product

  • Quantity mismatch

Refunds:

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.
